Dr. Asima Ahmad is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex fertility challenges. She is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to each of her patients, helping them achieve their family-building goals.
Dr. Ahmad earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California, San Francisco. In addition, she holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Harvard University, further enhancing her expertise in patient care, public health, and research.
With a passion for advancing the field of infertility, Dr. Ahmad has been actively involved in cutting-edge research and has authored several peer-reviewed publications. She is particularly interested in fertility preservation, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and the impact of environmental and lifestyle factors on fertility.
Dr. Ahmad is committed to a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive and transparent care throughout their fertility journey. Fluent in multiple languages (English, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and can speak basic Spanish) she is dedicated to making fertility care accessible to patients from diverse backgrounds. In her practice, she emphasizes a supportive, inclusive environment where patients feel heard and respected.
